Having worked with major companies like M.A.C Cosmetics, Sephora, Lancome, Chanel, Estee Lauder, Smashbox & Bobbi Brown, Today Charlene is the owner and operator of Hooper Empire Studio located in Windsor Mill Maryland. Charlene has always prided herself on her work ethic. Born and raised in North Carolina with big city dreams Charlene had a mission to make all women feel as beautiful as they look.
